        The European E4 trail goes through Vermion, passing by 3-5 Pigadia, Seli, Panagia Soumela and other sites. Once there, don't miss to take a stroll in Agios Nikolaos, in the edges of Aliakmona or in one of the thousands trails in the mountains . Imathia offers you beautiful natural surroundings, providing a wide variety of options for those in search of alternative escapes .

             SELI SKI Center.
         
     On the verdant Vermion, at an altitude of 1520 to 1900 meters stretches the National Ski Resort of Seli, established in 1934. Only 95 km from Thessaloniki, it can be reached via two paved roads, the first 24 km from Veria and the second 20 km from Naoussa.
      Seli caters for both the casual and professional skier, with children's playgrounds, courses for downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking trails, mountain climbing, abundant snow, an open horizon, plenty of sunshine, negligible humidity, easy access and spacious parking, all in one package.
       The resort also has a clinic and is equipped with 6 Ski-lifts and 3 baby-lifts, 1 chair lift, 4 drag-lifts and 1 T-bar lift.
         There are cafes, restaurants, hotels, chalets, clubs, bars, ski schools and stores where you can rent ski equipment both at the ski resort and in the village of Seli located just 1000 meters away .

        3-5 Pigadia Ski Center

      The 3-5 Pigadia Ski Resort lies 18 kilometres from Naoussa, extending from 1400 to 2052 meters in altitude. The great Abundance of water in growth of vegetation including oak, beech and chestnut trees. The altitude and climate lend an enchanting alpine air to the landscape.
       In recent years the area has become well-known as an international training center. The magnificent environment and fully-equipped facilities have drawn famous teams here to train, with fantastic results.
Chalets, guesthouses, gyms, a swimming pool, sauna and restaurant are just some of the facilities to be found at the ski resort today, which is equipped with ski and drag lifts.
      At 3-5 Pigatia there are uphill slopes ranging from average to very difficult, of which the "Phillipos" slope meets international standards, as well as cross-country courses.
The resort is also equipped with artificial snowmaking machines.
              
      Chrysso Elafi Ski Center

       Found in the region of Seli, Chryso Elafi is a private ski resort and training center for athletes.
It is equipped with two Leitner lifts and has a hotel, ski course and school.
